Windstar Cruises has one of the best culinary programs on the water, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients that reflect the flavor of the region. Meals can be cooked to order at your request. They even offer cooking demos and classes. They offer flexible dining so you can dine when and with whom you choose. There is always something to eat on board, whether you dine outside at Candles Restaurant, or at the Star Grill by Steven Raichlen where you can have a BBQ on deck, or maybe grab some afternoon tapas inspired by Cuadro 44's Anthony Sasso.
Some of the Windstar seaports are the beautiful cities of Quebec City and Montreal, Quebec. Equally as alluring, is your cruise to Bar Harbor, this gorgeous coastal town. Another great stop, is your cruise to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, this town full of rich confederate history. When you cruise to Halifax, you'll want to check out the Old Town Clock for a photo op before heading over to the Citadel.
