Boston Transport
Boston is easy to get around! The MBTA is great for getting you anywhere you need to go. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority subway, also known as the "T," runs heavy trails, light trails, and bus services. The first rail segments were opened back in September 1897, and are considered a National Historic Landmark today. The downtown segments of the rail were developed later in 1912. MBTA continued adding more routes to the system, making it one of the most efficient in the country.
